To receive special WCS rates, you must book through the online housing system, Meetingmax. Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.

Step 2: Obtain Meetingmax confirmation. Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meetingmax.
Step 3: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meetingmax confirmation e-mail.
