It's time to start thinking about the summer show season! Make sure you leave some time in your showing schedule to exhibit at the 2025 National Clydesdale Show. The Iowa State Fair, fairground facilities, and fair show staff do not disappoint. Entries are currently open on the Iowa State Fair website (entries may only be submitted online) with all entries due on or before July 1, 2025. Late entries will be accepted until July 8, 2025, but will be assessed a late fee of $10 per head (no entries will be accepted after July 8). Judges for the 2025 Show are as follows, Kevin Pelonero will be judging the hitch classes, halter classes will be judged by Steve Westgate, and Raymond Helmuth will be judging the riding classes.

Please note that class sponsorship opportunities are still available. Your sponsorship dollars help fund the first place award and placing ribbons for the class. The National Clydesdale Show Committee would also like to announce that the 2026, 2027, and 2028 National Clydesdale Shows will also be held at the Iowa State Fair.
